Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LinkWatchdog (the "Service"), operated by Zero Nova Holdings LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

LinkWatchdog is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides automated monitoring of affiliate and campaign URLs, including redirect chain tracking, link health checks, affiliate ID verification, SSL validation, and alert notifications. The Service is intended for use by affiliate marketers, advertisers, and digital marketing professionals.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

The Service is offered under various subscription plans with different feature limits and pricing as described on our pricing page. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). By selecting a paid plan, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Recurring Billing: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each monthly billing cycle at the then-current rate for your plan, and your payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date until you cancel
  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). By providing your payment information, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for all fees due under your subscription
  • Billing Cycle: Each billing cycle begins on the date you first subscribe or most recently renewed and recurs on approximately the same date each month
  • Price Changes: We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect

If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment remains unresolved after multiple attempts, we may suspend access to your account until the balance is paid. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period
  • You will retain access to all features of your plan until the end of the billing period
  • No further charges will be applied after the current billing period ends
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining days in your billing cycle
  • Your account will be downgraded to the free Test plan at the end of the billing period

To cancel, navigate to Settings > Subscription in your account dashboard and follow the cancellation steps.

6. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you are charged more than once for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate charge in full
  • Service Unavailability: If the Service experiences extended downtime (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to issues within our control, you may request a prorated credit for the affected period
  • Legal Requirements: Where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge by contacting us via our contact page. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria above.

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank so we can resolve the issue promptly.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You shall not:

  • Use the Service to monitor URLs you do not own or have authorization to monitor
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service to conduct any form of denial-of-service attack or similar disruptive activity
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
  • Share, resell, or sublicense your account or API access without our written consent
  • Use the Service in any manner that could impair its performance or interfere with other users
  • Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

8. API Usage

If your plan includes API access, you agree to use the API in accordance with our documentation and within the rate limits specified for your plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access if usage exceeds reasonable limits or violates these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by Zero Nova Holdings LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service, including your URLs, configurations, and settings.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Data Retention

Check results, redirect hop data, and alert history are retained according to your subscription plan's retention period. When data exceeds the retention period, it will be automatically deleted. If you downgrade your plan, the shorter retention period of your new plan will apply.

12. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
  • Emergency maintenance or security updates
  • Factors beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events)

We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or downtime.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZERO NOVA HOLDINGS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will detect all broken links, redirect changes, or other issues with your monitored URLs. The Service is a monitoring tool and should not be your sole method of verifying link integrity.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zero Nova Holdings LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

16. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

17. Dispute Resolution

If you have a billing dispute, please contact us via our contact page before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer. We will work with you in good faith to resolve billing issues promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.

For all other disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal resolution as described in Section 18.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
