  • Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.
  • Log Data: Our servers automatically record information including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and timestamps.
  • Check Results: When monitoring your URLs, we collect HTTP status codes, redirect chains, response times, SSL certificate details, and domain information for the URLs you have configured.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Essential cookies are necessary for the Service to function and cannot be disabled.

  • Payment Processor (Stripe): When you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe. Stripe's collection and use of your data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. We share your name, email address, and subscription details with Stripe to process payments and manage your billing.
  • Other Service Providers: We share data with third-party providers that help us operate the Service, including email delivery services and cloud infrastructure providers. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.
  • Team Members: If you use the team features, your offer data and alerts may be visible to other members of your team as configured by the team owner.

  • Billing Records: Retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
  • Communication Records: Retained for up to 2 years for customer support purposes.
